BETHANY, Okla. — Southern Nazarene started the 2017 season with a bit of heartbreak as two games got away from the Storm late with two four-run innings in a 7-4 and 4-3 loss to Cameron.
Â
In the opener the Crimson Storm (0-2) had a 4-2 lead before a four-run seventh put the Aggies (2-0) ahead for good. In the second game, SNU had a big sixth inning with three runs, but watched Cameron score four in the seventh and held the Storm scoreless in the seventh to win it.
Â

Shelby Reese then drove home Descisciolo with a single to center. SNU added two more in the bottom of the fifth to lead 4-2. The first came in on a sacrifice fly to center by
Tyler Stevens before Harris floated a ball to shallow center to score
Dillon Feland.
