ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Dillon Feland went 3-for-4 with a run scored as Southern Nazarene fell 11-1 in eight innings at Henderson State Friday night.

The Crimson Storm (0-9, 0-1 GAC) gave up four runs out of the gate in the bottom of the first, but held the Reddies (6-2, 1-0 GAC) scoreless for the next five innings.
Austin Cooper (0-2) gave up those four runs in the first inning on three hits, a walk and a hit by pitch. The sophomore settled down after that and gave four and two-thirds innings of strong work. He finished with just four runs on six hits in 5.2 innings of work and struck out five.

SNU got on the board in the top of the sixth when Feland scored from third on a
Mike Descisciolo double to left. Feland reached on a one-out triple to left.
Tyler Stevens and
Jefferson Harris had the other hits for the Storm. The Storm had cut the lead to 4-1 heading into the seventh, but the Reddies unloaded in the final two innings with three in the seventh and four in the eighth. Three of the four in the eighth were unearned.
