SHAWNEE, Okla. — Oklahoma Baptist ended Southern Nazarene's two-game wining streak with a 3-0 win at home Tuesday night.
 
The Bison (7-7-1, 3-3-0 GAC) fired 26 shots for the match, compared to 14 for the Crimson Storm (2-14-1, 0-6-0 GAC). Luis Romero scored the first goal of the game in the 29
th minute to give OBU a 1-0 lead. Thiago Dos Santos added to the Bison lead in the 32
nd minute, as he scored to give OBU a 2-0 lead heading into halftime. 
Dakota Ellicott recorded his most saves in a half this season with eight in the first half.
 
SNU was able to tighten up their defense in the second half, as they allowed just eight shots in the period. David Estrada made it a 3-0 lead for OBU as he scored in the 54
th minute, and they cruised from there.
 
The Storm had six shots on goal for the game, but couldn't get any to find the net. 
Freddy DiNang had three shots on goal, as 
Cutter Smith and 
Cristian Hernandez each had one. Ellicott finished the match with nine saves.
 
Southern Nazarene will now face Harding on November 3
rd in the opening round of the GAC Championships in Searcy hosted by Harding.
