DURANT, Okla. — Jhonathan Dunn scored a team-high 17 points for Southern Nazarene in 65-56 loss at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
 
The loss for the Crimson Storm (8-8, 5-5 GAC) takes the record away from the Sawyer Center to 2-6 and is the second straight loss on the road.
 
Dunn went 6-for-9 from the field and 3-for-5 from 3-point range. He also added three assists and two steals. LB Willis also added 12 points and five steals.
 
The Crimson Storm shot 42.3 percent from the field and were 5-for-16 from beyond the arc. SNU was 7-for-12 at the line. Southeastern fired 45.7 percent from the field and went 10-for-20 from 3-point range. SOSU also hit 13 of its 15 attempts from the charity stripe.
 
Neither team had a lead larger than five until an Anton Kankaanpaa 3-pointer sparked a 12-4 run as SNU took its a 30-21 with 5:28 left in the first. The Savage Storm cut it to 33-27 with 3:29 left in the half, but the Crimson storm closed the half with a 7-2 run to take a 40-29 lead at the break.
 
SNU matched its largest lead of the night just a minute into the second half at 42-29, but Southeastern used a 27-9 run to take a 56-51 lead at the 4:53 mark in the second. The Savage Storm pushed it to 61-54 with 1:52 remaining and held Southern Nazarene at bay from there.
