ADA, Okla. — Southern Nazarene trailed just four times the entire night in any set in a 3-0 (25-27, 25-15, 25-17) win over East Central Tuesday night.

All four times the Crimson Storm (15-10, 9-5 GAC) trailed were early in the first set. The last time SNU trailed was at 13-12 before it used a 13-4 run, capped by an
Elyse Berlin ace, to take a 1-0 lead in mach. The Storm never looked back from there.

SNU opened with a 6-1 run in the second set and led 17-12 before it used an 8-3 run that put them up 2-0 in the match.
Courtney Bowie ended the set with her third kill in the set. In the third set, it was Bowie who broke an 8-8 tie with a kill to start a 10-5 run as SNU led 18-13. That was as close as the Tigers came the rest of the night.

Bowie finished with 11 kills while she hit .429. She also had two blocks.
McKenna Qualls had nine kills and two blocks while
McKayla Benner had four kills and four blocks.
Kaitlyn Vought had six kills and two blocks and
Lexie Matthews finished with four kills, a pair of aces, and one block.
Elyse Berlin finished with 30 assists, five digs, two kills and a block.
Abbey Bell had 12 digs and
Hannah Davis had 10 digs.
