TAHLEQUAH, Okla. —Â
Gabriel Conteh's first goal of the season helped Southern Nazarene tie Northeastern State 1-1 Thursday night.

The Crimson Storm (1-14-2) got on the board first as Conteh scored his first goal of the season in the 30
th minute.
Freddy DiNang passed the ball to Conteh who dribbled the ball into the box and took a shot that got past the keeper to put the Storm up 1-0.

The Riverhawks wasted no time getting back into the game as they knotted the game back up at 1-1 in the 41
st minute. Andrew Galvan scored his second goal of the season on a shot he took from the far left wing from 20 yards out.

The game would remain at 1-1 for the remaining 69 minutes as neither team was able to find the back of the net in the second half or either over time periods.

Northeastern State had plenty of opportunities to score, but they were stopped by the Storm defense and by
Colton Hadlock who recorded a season high 14 saves. The Riverhawks outshot the Storm 34-5 and placed 15 of their shots on goal while SNU managed to place just three shots on goal.
