BETHANY, Okla. — After a rocky start to conference play, Southern Nazarene was firing on all cylinders upon returning home in a 4-0 rout of Oklahoma Baptist.

The Crimson Storm (4-5-0) notched their first win in Great American Conference play behind an offensive explosion that was long overdue. After being shut out in the previous three games, the Storm scored four goals on the day, including three within the first 13 minutes of the game.

Kelsi Bussert started the onslaught with a goal in the 10
th minute off a corner kick from
Alyssa Glitzke. Glitzke would add goals in the 12
th and 13
th minutes, with the second goal coming off an assist from
Grace Self.

Bussert would cap the scoring in the 60
th minute with her second goal of the game, coming off an assist from
Hannah Robinson, which was set up by
Natasha Fuentes. Bussert and Glitzke increased their total goals on the season to three each, which is tied for the team lead.

The Crimson Storm controlled possession during most of the game, taking 22 shots compared to 17 for the Bison.
Natasha Fuentes (4-5-0) tallied six saves during her time in goal, combining with
Morgane Loiseau for a shutout, SNU's third of the season.
