ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Despite setting a new season-high in goals, Southern Nazarene dropped a heart breaker in its 2015 GAC opener with a 4-3 loss at Ouachita Baptist.
 
The Crimson Storm (0-6-0) wasted little time finding the back of the net, with Tommy Fiszel scoring a goal off a pass from Freddy DiNang in the fourth minute to take a 1-0 lead. However, Ouachita Baptist tied the game less than 20 seconds later with an equalizer from Ryan Trayner.
 
After a goal from the Tigers in the 22^nd minute, SNU pulled even in the 28^th minute with a goal from Pedro Garcia, his first of the season. The Crimson Storm took the lead in the 53^rd minute with Fiszel's second goal of the game and third of the season, stealing the ball from a Tiger defender.
 
However, Ouachita would score the next two goals, including the game-winner from Logan Hampton in the 89^th minute to seal the game.
 
Jeff Ray (0-5-0) notched three saves for the Crimson Storm, while Nelson Pacheco and Ben O'Brien split time for the Tigers, as Pacheco tallied one save for the Tigers.
