RiverHawks Rout Storm

Northeastern State uses offensive explosion to defeat SNU 15-0

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Nothing seemed to go right for Southern Nazarene Thursday night as it fell 15-0 on the road to Northeastern State.
 
The Crimson Storm (3-13-0) were outshot 40-11, including a 25-6 deficit in shots on goal. The RiverHawks were able to score three goals in the first six minutes of the game and eight goals before the half. The second half wasn't any better, with Northeastern State finding the net seven more times before the game ended.
 
Alan Armstrong, Tommy Fiszel, and Cutter Smith led SNU with two shots each. Both of Armstrong's shots landed on goal, leading the team in that category.
 
Jeff Ray got the start in goal for Southern Nazarene, while Dakota Ellicott entered the game for the second half. Both players logged 45 minutes and five saves on the night.
