DURANT, Okla. — Southern Nazarene University got 29 points off of the bench including a team-high 14 points from
Francisco Hukill in a 59-52 loss at Southeastern Oklahoma State.

Hukill, who had missed the previous four games for the Crimson Storm (8-9, 4-7 GAC), went 5-for-9 from the field and 4-for-7 from 3-point range. He also had five rebounds and one steal. He went 3-for-3 from downtown in the first half.
Jordan Watson added a season-high 13 points as he went 6-for-10 from the field and added three rebounds.
LB Willis also had nine points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals.

SNU shot 38.2 percent from the field and went 7-for-24 from 3-point range. The Storm also went 3-for-5 at the line. The Savage Storm (9-10, 5-6 GAC) hit 46.5 percent from the field and were 8-for-18 from 3-point range. They also went 11-for-18 from the charity stripe.

The Crimson Storm shot just 34.6 percent (9-26) in the first half and were 0-for-2 at the free-throw line. The Savage Storm led by as much as seven four times in the first half and were up 19-12 with 8:47 in the first when Hukill got bookend 3-pointers in a 10-2 run to tie it at 22. Southeastern though scored seven straight in the final 3:14 of the half to take a 29-22 lead at the break.

Southeastern pushed the lead to 36-26 early in the second half, but only held a double-digit lead three times in the second half. The Crimson Storm though never could completely close the gap. SNU cut it to 42-40 with 9:17 to play on another Hukill that capped a 14-6 run. Southeastern answered with an 11-2 run to take its biggest lead of the game at 53-42 with 5:23 remaining.

The Storm cut it to 53-49 with 46 seconds left on a Willis 3-pointer, but SOSU didn't miss any of its six free-throw attempts in the final seconds of the game.
