MAGNOLIA, Ark. — Southern Nazarene picked up its first win on the road since Sept. 30 with a 3-1 (25-15, 25-21, 20-25, 25-22) win over Southern Arkansas Friday night in a Great American Conference contest.

The Crimson Storm (14-6, 7-3 GAC) hit over .300 for the first time all year and posted seven more blocks than the Muleriders. SNU had 11 blocks while it gave up just four. Southern Nazarene also held SAU to just a .185 clip.

Kaylee Piatt notched her ninth double-double of the year with 39 assists and 11 digs. She also had seven kills, two blocks and two aces. Three players notched double-digit kills as
Taylor Jacobs had a team-high 11 kills to go with her four blocks and seven digs.
Emily Dick and
Emilee Crawford each had 10 kills. Crawford also added five digs.
Abbey Bell also posted 20 digs.
