From 2018–2020, Sang served as a volunteer strength coach at the University of Mobile, working with all varsity sports before spending the summer of 2020 at Grand View University under Master Strength Coach Matt Paja during the challenges of the COVID-19 season. He was then named Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Central Methodist University, where for nearly three years he led training and performance for all 26 athletic programs.
Coach Sang has worked with athletes across more than 26 collegiate programs, specializing in football, volleyball, basketball, and softball, and has built his training philosophy around maximizing how athletes produce, absorb, and redirect force.
