2012
·   Recorded a career-best 12:08.68 in the 3,000 meters at the OC Indoor Invitational
·   Posted a career-best 6:09.80 in the 1-mile at the OC Indoor Invitational
·   Notched a career-best time of 22:13.83 in the 5,000 meters at the Bison Invitational
 
2011
·   Recorded a career-best 6:12.83 in the one mile at the MSSU Radio Shack Invitational during the indoor season
·   Posted an indoor season-high 12:50.67 in the 3,000 meters at the Oklahoma Christian Invitational
·   Notched a career-best 12:13.85 in the 3,000 meters at the Gorilla Classic during the outdoor season
·   Ran a career-best 5:41.49 in the 1,500 meters at the OBU Invitational
