Biography
EAST CENTRAL
· Received the Runner Award for the 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2012-2013 seasons
· Named All-GAC second team (11th place) in 2011 and All-GAC first team in 2012 (5th place)
· Helped lead ECU to a Great American Conference championship in 2012 and a runner-up finish in 2011
· Holds the sixth fasted 5k time in ECU women’s cross country history
· Elected captain as a freshman
HIGH SCHOOL
· Prepped one varsity season of cross country one year at Sand Springs (Okla.) High School where she graduated in 2009
· Named all-conference as a senior
· Received Cross Country Senior of the Year Award and was team captain
· Was a state qualifier in cross country
· Prepped one season in track and was team captain in 2009
· Named all-conference and was a state qualifier for 3200-meters
· Participated in one season of cheerleading
PERSONAL
· Born Oct. 5, 1990 to Michal and Patsy McKinney
· Has two sisters, Amanda McKinney and Monica Ponder
· Majoring in business administration
· Plans to be a CEO of a very successful company
· Enjoys being outdoors, health and wellness and being with friends and family
