· Did not run in any meets as a sophomore

HIGH SCHOOL
· Prepped four varsity seasons at Newcastle High School where she graduated in 2016
· Was a four-time state qualifier
· Helped the Racers win the state Academic Championship as a junior
· Won six different meets as a junior
· Helped NHS take fifth at state meet and second at regional meet as a freshman
· Ran four years of track as well
· Qualified for state in the 3,200-meters as a junior
PERSONAL
· Born Oct. 8, 1997, to Deborah Shumard
· Has four brothers, Andrew, Aden, Alec and Ashton
· Majoring in biology-chemistry and kinesiology
· Plans to practice sports medicine
· Enjoys leading Bible study for youth girls and hanging out with family and friends
