· Ran a career-best 29:10.0 in the 8K at the MSSU Stampede
· Posted a time of 29:46.8 in the 8K at the Oklahoma Baptist University Cross Country Invitational
· Finished 16th at the SWOSU Open 6k run with a time of 22:04.9
2015
· Ran in six meets as a freshman
· Placed 61st at the Great American Conference Championships wiht a time of 30:09.0
· Ran a 37:16.1 in the 10k at the Central Region Championships
· Posted a 24:22.1 in the 4k at the UCO Land Run
HIGH SCHOOL
· Prepped four varsity seasons at Bethany (Oklahoma) High School, where he graduated in 2015
· Helped lead his cross-country team to a conference championship his senior year
· Received All-City honorable mention his junior season
· Also ran four varsity seasons of track for the Bronchos
· Helped lead his team to two regional championships
· Was a state medalist in the 4x800 relay event as a sophomore and junior

· Has one brother, Riley
· Relatives that attended SNU include both parents, two cousins, two aunts, and his grandparents
· Cousin Bret Mitchell played baseball at Danville Community College, while uncle Gil Mitchell played football at Northwestern Oklahoma State
· Majoring in athletic training
· Plans to be a physical therapist
· Enjoys fishing, camping, basketball, and listening to music
