·     Qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the marathon as a sophomore

COWLEY CC
·     Ran both cross-country and track at Cowley Community College
·     Selected All-Region for 10K, 5K outdoor, 5K and 3K his freshman year
·     Named Conference Freshman of the Year
·     Won the NJCAA Outdoor 5K
·     Qualified for the NJCAA National Championships in cross-country 

HIGH SCHOOL
·    Prepped four varsity seasons of cross-country and track at Edmond (Oklahoma) North High School where he graduated in 2014
·    Named All-State as a senior
·    Secured a first place finish at conference for 6A cross-country his senior year
·    Named to All-Senior Team by the Daily Oklahoman as a senior
·    Earned a second place medal in 6A cross-country conference as a junior
·    Qualified individually for Track State in 3200 meter run as a sophomore
·    Selected All-Conference for Track
·    Won Conference in the 800 meters, 1600 meters, and 4X800 relay as a freshman
