• Finished 14th at the Sooner Athletic Conference earning All-SAC honors for the second straight year
• Posted his best time of 26:26.00 at the SAC Championships
• Took 13th at the UCO Invitational; his highest placing of the year
2007
• Earned All-Region VI and All-Sooner Athletic Conference honors after finishing 10th at the SAC Championships with a time of 25:46; his best of the season.
• Finished seventh at the Northwood Invitational at 27:49; his highest placing of the season

• Was an all-state selection and a state runner-up in cross country & track
