Wright begins his first season in the Fall of 2021 serving as the assistant coach for the SNU Cheer team. He graduated in the Spring of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic with a degree in kinesiology and began serving as the Administrative Assistant in the Student Health Center in the Fall of 2020. He was a member of the SNU Cheer team during his time with the Crimson Storm and was active in high school and competitive cheerleading before attending SNU.

Wright resides in Oklahoma City.
