WINFIELD, Kan. - Southern Nazarene Women's Soccer hit the road on Saturday and picked up a 3-0 win over Southwestern College.

The Crimson Storm wasted no time getting on the board in Winfield. Just 27 seconds into the match, Jerhyn Lewis found the back of the net for her first career goal to give SNU (1-3-1) a 1-0 lead. 

SNU kept the pressure on from there. In the 14th minute, Danika Womack doubled the advantage, finishing off a feed from Darby Boehler for her first goal of the season to make it 2-0 heading into halftime. The Storm controlled the opening half, out shooting the Moundbuilders and earning the majority of chances while holding Southwestern (1-4) to just one shot on goal.

Southern Nazarene put the game away in the second half. In the 72nd minute, Bryleigh Domenico added the third goal of the night off an assist from Bella Brennan, her first career goal, to stretch the lead to 3-0.

 It was a dominant performance across the stat sheet for the Crimson Storm. SNU outshot Southwestern 22-2 with a 14-1 advantage in shots on goal. Madaline Bailey recorded 1 save and faced just 1 shot on goal to secure the shutout.
