Box Score BETHANY, Okla. - The Southern Nazarene Women's soccer team dropped their Thursday night GAC matchup against Northwestern Oklahoma State 3-0. 

In a very physical match at Wes Harmon Field, which involved four yellow cards and one red card, the Rangers (4-6-1, 1-3-1 GAC) shot often and early completing the match with 19 shots compared to 10 shots of the Storm (2-8-1, 0-5 GAC).

Northwestern struck first in the fourth minute with a score by Alissa Carlson, assisted by Makayla Barrientos. It wasn't long until the Rangers added another with a strike from Kaley Whitworth in the 37th minute, assisted by Carlie Massingale. NWOSU would put the finishing touches on the match with a goal in the 51st minute by Brittany Cirnigliaro, assisted by Alissa Carlson and Hollie Pankake.

For the Crimson Storm, Sydney Davenport led the charge with three shots, two of those being on target, while Saira Zamarripa added two shots of her own. Ashlynn Pritchett and Maci Attala shared time in goal and notched 9 goals together, each tallying 45 minutes in goal. 

Southern Nazarene will return to action Saturday, at 6 p.m. to face off against Southwestern Oklahoma State University (6-4-1, 3-1-1 GAC).
