BETHANY, Okla. — Meagan Chase notched her fourth goal of the season, but it wasn't enough as Southern Nazarene fell 3-1 to Northwestern Oklahoma State.

The Rangers (3-7-1, 2-3 GAC) were outshot by the Crimson Storm (2-8, 0-4 GAC) 18-15 for the game, but had three more shots on goal. Karla Lopez got things going in the 18
th minute, as she gave NWOSU an early 1-0 lead. Just two minutes before halftime, Chase scored on a beautiful cross from
Ashley Owens to tie the game.

Northwestern Oklahoma State scored two more goals in the second half to put the game out of reach for Southern Nazarene. Yazmin Gomez notched a goal in the 52
nd minute, and Brittany Cirnigliaro pushed the lead to 3-1 with her goal in the 74
th minute.

Chase had four shots on goal for the Storm, and
Kylee Payne had three.
Shanae Vasquez had a couple of headers that found the frame, but couldn't find the back of the net.
Ashlynn Pritchett tied her season-high in saves with nine, and Kylee Loustaunau made some crucial saves down the stretch for the Rangers.
