Box Score BETHANY, Okla. — Southern Nazarene was held to five shots on goal as they fell to Fort Hays State 7-0 Saturday afternoon.

The Tigers jumped on the scored board early and never looked back as they were able to score three goals in the games first 14 minutes. The Tigers scored in the tenth, 12
th, and 14
th minutes to jump out to an early 3-0 lead. Two of the goals came from Michael Cole and one from Maurizio Costa.

The Storm were held under ten shots in the first half as they were only able to attempt seven shots with five shots on goal. Fort Hays State took 17 shots with nine on goal.

The second half was no different from the first in that the Tigers wasted no time in scoring as they added another goal in the 46
th minute.

The Tigers tacked on three more goals in the 55
th, 61
st, and 74
th minutes to give them the 7-0 victory. Cole finished the game with a hat trick for Fort Hays State as he scored three goals for the Tigers. Costa and Luis Mendez each added two goals as well for the Tigers.

The Storm were held to three shots in the second half with none of them falling on goal. The Tigers attempted 19 shots in the second half with seven on goal.

Colton Hadlock recorded eight saves and
Jeff Ray recorded one save for Southern Nazarene and the Tiger's Michael Yantz notched five saves.Â
