DALLAS, Texas — Southern Nazarene outshot Dallas Baptist 11-8 but was unable to convert on many chances, losing a 2-1 heart breaker on the road to the Patriots.

The Crimson Storm (2-8-0) landed five shots on goal, compared to four for the Patriots, but only converted one of those shots. Dallas Baptist got the scoring going less than a minute into the second half, finding the back of the net in the 46
th minute to take a 1-0 lead.

Southern Nazarene answered quickly, with
Tommy Fiszel scoring his sixth goal of the season in the 49
th minute off a penalty kick to tie the game. However, the Patriots took the lead for good in the 83
rd minute to ice the game.

Colton Hadlock (2-3-0) played 90 minutes in goal for the Crimson Storm, recording two saves. Mason Stringer made the start for the Patriots and recorded four saves on the night.
