ARKADELPHIA, Ark.— Mallary Pineda scored both of Southern Nazarene's goals, but they couldn't stop Ouachita Baptist's Haley Hatcher as she recorded a hat trick in a 3-2 defeat.
 
Pineda got the Crimson Storm (4-7, 2-2 GAC) on the board in the 14^th minute off a pass from Grace Self to give SNU the 1-0 lead. The Tigers (3-8-1, 2-2 GAC) tied the game in the 23^rd minute as Hatcher scored her first goal off a pass from Bryson Rial. Hatcher scored again in the 32^nd minute on a penalty kick to stretch the lead to 2-0.
 
Pineda scored her second goal of the game in the 59^th minute when she blew past the keeper and put the ball in the back of the net from eight yards out to tie the game at 2-2. Hatcher secured the hat trick when she scored her third goal of the game in the 89^th minute to put the Tigers up 3-2.
 
The Crimson Storm attempted 18 shots in the game with nine being on goal. The Tigers attempted 11 shots with six being on goal.
 
Ouachita Baptist's Lauren Llanes recorded seven saves and SNU's Natasha Fuentes had three saves.
