ADA, Okla.— Natasha Fuentes posted her GAC-leading fourth shutout of the season for Southern Nazarene in a 2-0 victory over East Central.

Taylor Jester scored her first goal of the season for the Crimson Storm (8-7, 6-2 GAC) in the 22
nd minute. SNU's defense kept the Tigers (6-6-2, 3-3-1 GAC) off their side of the field as they only allowed them to attempt five shots in the first half.

Southern Nazarene had a strong start to the second half as
Hannah Robinson scored off a pass from
Alyssa Glitzke in the 46
th minute. SNU's defense contained East Central throughout the rest of the second half as they only attempted six shots in the half.

The Crimson Storm attempted 23 shots with ten being on goal. The Tigers attempted 11 shots with six being on goal.

ECU's Taylor Lowe recorded eight saves and SNU's Fuentes had six saves.
Southern Nazarene has clinched a berth in the 2014 GAC Women's Soccer Championships because the game between Harding and Southwestern Oklahoma State ended in a tie last night.
