Box Score BETHANY, Okla. — No. 25 Northeastern State scored four first half goals and Southern Nazarene never recovered falling 6-1 to the RiverHawks.

With 31 minutes to play in the first half, Paul Simia crossed a pass to Joel Mendoza and he put it in the right side of the goal to give Northeastern State a 1-0 lead. The RiverHawks (8-2-4, 5-1-2 MIAA) scored again with 26 minutes to play in the first half when Simia gave another assist to Mendoza and Northeastern State took a 2-0 lead. The RiverHawks scored two more goals in the 28
th and 41
st minute to take a 4-0 halftime lead.

The RiverHawks attempted 13 shots in the first half and the Storm only attempted three. Five of Northeastern State's shots were on goal. One of SNU's shots was on goal.

The RiverHawks started the second half hot as well. With 43 minutes left Crosby Lee scored from the left side of the field to put Northeastern State on top 5-0. Southern Nazarene (2-14-0, 1-7-0 MIAA) was able to score a goal in the 83
rd minute.
Tyler Wythe scored his first goal of the season off a penalty kick to make the score 5-1. The RiverHawks scored one more time in the 85
th minute winning the game 6-1.

SNU attempted seven shots and two were on goal. Northeastern State took 30 shots and 12 were on target. Wythe had six saves for the Storm.
