Box Score TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — No. 19 Northeastern State scored four second half goals after a scoreless first half in a 4-1 win over Southern Nazarene.
The Crimson Storm (2-15, 2-7 MIAA) did score one goal the first second of the 89
th minute when
Ange-Pierre N'Dri scored his second of the season, but SNU was already down 4-0.
The Riverhawks (9-3-3, 6-1-2 MIAA) got on the board first in the 53
rd minute on a Juan Peralta goal and then took a 2-0 lead less than a minute later. NSU made it 3-0 in the 69
th minute on a penalty kick before capping it in the 86
th minute.
Blake Anderson made seven saves on the night as Northeastern put 11 of their 34 shots on goal. The Storm put four of their six shots on goal.
The Crimson Storm now get set for their last game of the season as they travel to Fort Hays State (Kan.) for a 7 p.m. MIAA match.
