BETHANY, Okla. — Blake Anderson posted eight saves for Southern Nazarene as the junior goalkeeper kept a 1-0 loss to Rogers State as close as possible.

The only goal allowed as an own goal for the Crimson Storm (2-7, 1-1 SAC). Outside of that it was Anderson's game. The Hillcats (6-4, 1-2 SAC) had plenty of chances and launched several good opportunities on goal, but time and time again, Andersson was at the right place at the right time.

Rogers State took 22 shots on the night, 14 in the first half alone, and put nine on goal. SNU took 14 shots on the night and matched RSU shot-for-shot in the second half, but put just three shots on frame.

The lone goal came in the 11th minute before the rest of the night was shutout soccer.

The Crimson Storm now get set to travel to John Brown for a 3 p.m. SAC contest Saturday.
