Storm lose fourth straight game

HASTINGS, Neb. — The Southern Nazarene University men's soccer team lost 0-3 to Bellevue (Neb.) this afternoon. No. 21 Bellevue remained undefeated (5-0) and moved SNU to 0-4 this season.

Each of Bellevue's goals came from a different player. Michael Conchie scored the first goal 10 minutes into the second half. David Lastra widened the lead with only 11 minutes remaining in the match, and James Evison finshed up the game with the third goal in the last three minutes of play.

The Crimson Storm had 15 total shots, only three of which were on goal. SNU keeper Ricky Cabello had five saves on the night. The Bruins sent 8-of-14 shots towards the Crimson Storm goal. The Bruin keeper, Sebastian Narvaez saved all three of the SNU shots on goal.
The Crimson Storm men play Texas-Brownsville at home Sept. 18 at 3 p.m.
