Blackshire put up an incredible 400m Hurdle race at GAC Championships, not only earning a 3rd place finish good for an All-GAC Fist Team selection, but, once more, breaking his personal and SNU record with a time of 52.97. His time named him a National Provisional Qualifier as it ranks No. 24 in the nation for Division II.
