Third Round Results

SALEM, Ore. — Southern Nazarene's 2012 season came to a close as the Crimson Storm finished in 24^th after shooting a 308 in the final round of the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship.
 
Johan Andersson closed his career for SNU as she shot a 73 to finish his three-day total at 228 and in a tie for 54^th. Blake Jackson finished in a tie for 81^st at 232 as he closed with a 78. Andrew Abercrombie fired a an 80 on the last day to finish at 242 and in a tie for 124nd while Eric Smith was just a stroke back at 243, after shooting a final round 78, in a tie fro 129^th. Trey Stiles shot a 79 for the second straight day to close at 255 in a tie for 147^th.
 
The Crimson Storm had to get inside the top 17 after the first three rounds to be able to play in the final round. SNU missed it by 15 strokes.
 
It was the final round of play for SNU for Andersson and Abercrombie who are both seniors.
