ORLANDO, Fla. — Southern Nazarene may have got off to rough start during spring break with a loss to No. 3 Embry-Riddle (Fla), but dropped just three sets in the next three matches in wins over Webber International (Fla.), Sioux Falls (S.D.) and Northwestern Ohio.
 
The Crimson Storm (4-3) fell 8-1 to Embry-Riddle as Deisi Bolivar was the only player to pick up a win as she won at No. 4 singles. Bolivar scored the win with a 10-8 tiebreaker.
 
SNU dropped just two matches against Webber as the Storm swept all the doubles matches, including an 8-0 sweep at No. 1 doubles by Bolivar and Natalia Moreno. The Storm won in straight sets at 1-3 singles and also at No. 5 singles to score the 7-2 win.
 
The Storm then won in straight sets in every match against Sioux Falls and dropped just three games the entire match before downing Northwestern Ohio, 8-1 in the final match of the week.
